Hello there! We are Alex & Kayleen Wharton. We are both life-long Huronites and love our town! We got married at 19 and immediately started a computer repair business from our home. We saved every penny we could until we were able to buy our first rental house at the age of 23. Now we have a family, own 40 rentals, have a full-time maintence employee and quite few years of landlording under our belts. Over time, we recognized the growing demand for furnished and flexible leases, leading us to take the leap and offer these options, which we are thrilled to provide and we hope they are a blessing for you!
