About The Owners
Hello there! We are Alex & Kayleen Wharton. We are both life-long Huronites and love our town! We got married at 19 and saved every penny until we could buy our first rental house at the age of 23. Now we have a family, own 40 rentals, have a full-time maintence man and quite few years of landlording under our belt. One thing we’ve really noticed over the years was the need for furnished and flexible leases in our town. So we took the leap to make it happen and we are so glad we did.
